A dad built this app for his two daughters. Whatever we wouldn't want for them isn't in here. This is exactly how it works underneath.
Their name or nickname, school year, favourite theme and gems live only on your device. On our server we store their progress under an opaque family code such as NUBE-K7M2-Q4RT, which doesn't say who you are.
| Data | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Name or nickname, school year, theme, gems, daily progress | On your device only |
| Family code (NUBE-K7M2-Q4RT) | Device and server Β· identifies no one |
| Exercises completed, missions and badges | Server, under the family code |
| Email address | The adult's only, and only if you join the waiting list |
We never ask for surnames, photos, location, contacts or date of birth. Your child has no account: the relationship is with the adult.
The loveliest thing about PequeMissions is that you can send a mission with a message and the app reads it aloud to your child. Because that channel goes straight to a small child, we treat it with the care it deserves.
What's more, there are no private messages between an adult and the child on PequeMissions: everything sent stays visible in the history, with its date, to any adult in the family. In separated households, that matters a great deal.
No automated check is perfect, and we don't promise it catches everything. We're describing a mechanism, not a miracle.
When your child gets stuck they can tap the hint button and the mascot gives them a hand. It's designed with very clear limits:
You can set a daily time limit (15, 20 or 30 minutes). When it's reached, the mascot says a warm goodbye until tomorrow β and never cuts a round off halfway. Rewards are earned through effort and consistency, never through screen time or beating anyone else. We want your child to play a little, and well.
This is maintained by a family, not a multinational. If you spot something that doesn't sit right β a bug, a message that shouldn't have got through, a question about your data β write to hola@pequemisiones.com and you'll get a real reply.
