Quick questions
What is ABN?
ABN is an open, number-based mental-arithmetic method used in thousands of Spanish schools: children work with whole quantities on open grids ("rejillas") instead of traditional column sums. If your child brings home grids with jumps and columns — that's ABN.
Does my child need to be able to read?
No. In preschool mode everything is spoken out loud, slowly, and there's a button to repeat the instructions as many times as they like.
What if their school doesn't use ABN?
The numbers, letters, clocks, measures, nature, maps and English modules work for any school. The ABN grids only switch on if you want them.
Is the app in English or Spanish?
Both, on purpose. Maths, letters and reading speak Spanish, matching what your child does at a Spanish school. English is a subject of its own — first words, colours, food, numbers, days, months and seasons — and it's live today, not on a roadmap. Nature can also be played in English: the very same activity with English words, which is what bilingual schools call Science. When you create your child's card you can tell us their school is bilingual, and English switches on with Nature starting in English. We never ask which school.
What data do you keep about my child?
Almost none: a name or nickname you choose and their game progress, tied to an opaque family code. We recommend a nickname. No photos, no ads, no trackers, and all data is hosted in the EU.
Does it work on any tablet?
Yes: it's a web app — it runs on any tablet or phone (Android or iPad) with nothing to install from app stores. The app itself offers to put its icon on the home screen: one tap on Android and on the computer, and the exact steps on iPad and iPhone.
