Terms of use and purchase
Version 1.0 · 1 November 2026
We wrote this in everyday language, not legalese, but it covers what the law requires. If
anything is unclear, write to hola@pequemisiones.com
and we will explain. How we handle data is in the privacy policy,
which forms part of these terms. This is a translation of the Spanish original; if in doubt,
the Spanish version prevails.
1 · Who we are
2 · What PequeMissions is
PequeMissions is a web app that turns school practice into missions for children aged 3 to 8,
and helps their families walk alongside them: the adult chooses the modules, sends missions
with a message the app reads aloud, and sees the progress. It runs in the browser and can be
installed on the home screen of a phone or tablet.
What PequeMissions is not: it is not a school, a tutoring centre or a replacement for
the teacher. We do not assess your child or issue grades. It is support for home.
3 · Who can subscribe
- Adults only. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 and that
you are the parent or legal guardian of the children whose profiles you create.
- You subscribe as a consumer, for personal and family use. If you are a school, a
tutoring centre or a professional and want to use it with pupils, write to us: that has
different terms.
- The child is never a party to this contract. They have no account, no password and
cannot buy anything inside the app. Everything that is paid is decided and paid by an adult.
4 · Your family, your code and your account
- When you start, a family is created, identified by an opaque code (like
NUBE-K7M2-Q4RT). The children's profiles live on your device under the nickname you choose.
- To pay, you need to have linked the adult's email address to the family (Parents'
area → Family → "Recovery email"). It ties the plan to someone who can recover the family if
a phone is lost. It must be yours and working.
- You are responsible for keeping the parents' PIN and the family code safe. If you think
someone has them without permission, write to us and we will change them.
- One subscription covers one family on the devices you use. It is not meant to be
shared with other families or used in a classroom.
5 · The trial week and the Pro plan
7-day trial, no card, no small print. When you create the family you get the full
PequeMissions for 7 days. We do not ask for any payment details, so nothing is charged when
it ends: there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
- Families created before we opened the Pro plan count their 7 days from the opening day,
not from their sign-up.
- When the week ends and there is no Pro plan, the adventure pauses: the child sees a
calm screen asking them to get an adult, and the adult finds the buttons to go Pro in the
Parents' area. Nothing is deleted: profiles, progress, badges and gems stay as they are
and come back the moment there is a plan.
- The Pro plan is the full PequeMissions: every module and mission, the piggy bank, the
mini-games, the hint helper and everything we add. The monthly plan covers the children you
pay for (1 to 3); the yearly and founding-family plans cover the whole family, up to 3
children.
- What the plan includes may change over time, because we add things almost every week. If
we ever removed something important you already had, we would give you at least
30 days' notice and you could cancel at no cost (clause 11).
6 · Price, taxes and how you pay
| Plan | Price | How often |
| Pro monthly |
€7.99 for the first child and €1.99 for each additional child, up to 3
(€9.98 with two, €11.97 with three) |
Every month |
| Pro yearly |
€59 per family, up to 3 children (works out at €4.92 a month) |
Every year |
| Founding family |
€4.99 for the whole family, up to 3 children. Only for the first 50 families to
subscribe, and kept for as long as you do not cancel |
Every month |
- All prices include VAT. We sell from Spain and apply Spanish VAT (21%), also if you
live in another EU country. The breakdown is shown on the payment page before you confirm
and on every receipt.
- You pay in advance, by card or another method shown on the payment page. Payments
are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland): we never see or store
your card number.
- The button that completes the purchase says "Pay and subscribe": by pressing it you
take on the payment obligation shown on screen.
- You will receive a receipt by email for every charge, sent by Stripe on our behalf,
with VAT itemised. If you need a full invoice with your details, ask at
hola@pequemisiones.com.
- If you have more than three children, write to us and we will sort it out: you do not need
to pay for two plans.
7 · Automatic renewal and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at
the price you subscribed at, unless you cancel first.
- Cancelling is as easy as signing up: in the app, Parents' area → Family → "Manage my
plan" takes you to your customer portal, where you cancel with one button, without calling
anyone or giving reasons. There you can also change plan, add a child or update your card.
If you prefer, write to hola@pequemisiones.com and we will do it for you.
- When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. No
pro-rating or refund of the remainder, except within the 14-day withdrawal period (clause 9)
or if you cancel because of a change on our side (clause 11).
- Before each yearly renewal we will remind you by email.
8 · What happens if a payment fails
- If a charge cannot be made (expired card, no funds), Stripe emails you and retries for a
few days. Meanwhile, the Parents' area shows "payment pending".
- If the charge still fails, the adventure pauses just like at the end of the trial week.
Nothing is deleted and everything comes back as soon as the payment is fixed.
- The child is never shown a paywall or asked for money: the pause screen only tells them
to get an adult.
9 · Right of withdrawal: 14 days, no questions asked
- You have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw without giving any reason.
- Just write to hola@pequemisiones.com saying you want to withdraw, or use the form at the
end of this page. Any clear statement is enough.
- We refund the full amount, by the same payment method, within 14 days of your
notice. The law would allow us to charge for the days used; we waive that.
- Later renewals do not open a new withdrawal period, but you can always cancel for the
following period.
10 · How to use PequeMissions (and how not to)
- Use the app within the family, with children you are responsible for.
- Do not try to access families that are not yours, tamper with results, gems or badges, or
overload or attack the service.
- The messages you write for your child go through an automatic filter before they
hear them. If a message is not appropriate for a child, it will not be read. Do not use it
for offensive content, advertising or other people's personal data.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the content, exercises or code of the app. The free
printable sheets on the website may be printed, photocopied and handed out at home and in
class; the only things you cannot do are sell them or publish them elsewhere removing the
PequeMissions credit.
- If you breach this seriously or repeatedly, we may suspend or close the account, notifying
you by email. If the reason turned out to be our mistake, we refund what you paid.
11 · Changes to the service, the price or these terms
- PequeMissions improves continuously: we add modules, mini-games and features and fix
what breaks. Some element may change or disappear; we try never to make things worse for
families.
- If we change the price or any term in a way that is worse for you, we will tell you
by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price only applies to renewals after
that notice. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect and, on the yearly plan,
we refund the unused part.
- Minor changes or changes in your favour apply with no more notice than the news published
in the app.
- Each version of these terms is dated. The one that applies to you is the one you accepted
when subscribing, except for changes notified as described here.
12 · Availability
- We work to keep the app available 24 hours a day, but it is an online service: there may be
downtime for maintenance, provider failures or your connection. Many things work offline and
sync when you are back.
- If an outage caused by us lasts more than 3 days in a row, we compensate you with the
equivalent Pro time or, if you prefer, the proportional part of the price.
- You need a device with a modern browser. Some voice features depend on the device and the
language.
13 · Liability
- We are responsible for the service matching its description and what consumer law
requires. Nothing below limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
- PequeMissions is support for home: we do not guarantee specific school results and it does
not replace school teaching. The explanations for parents about methods (such as ABN) are
guidance.
- We are not liable for damage arising from use contrary to these terms, from failures of
your device or connection, or from force majeure.
14 · Intellectual property
The exercises, illustrations, mascots, texts, sounds and code of PequeMissions are ours or
licensed to us (details in the legal notice of the privacy policy).
The subscription gives you a personal, family, non-transferable right of use while it is
active. The messages you write for your child are yours; we only use them to read them aloud.
15 · Children and data protection
- The account holder is always an adult. Children's profiles are created with a nickname
and no identifying data. How we handle data, on what legal basis and for how long, is in
the privacy policy.
- By creating a profile you confirm that you hold parental responsibility or guardianship of
the child (art. 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018).
16 · Complaints and governing law
- First, write to us: hola@pequemisiones.com. We reply within 5 working days and try to sort
it out without further formalities.
- Official complaint forms are available: ask by email and we send them electronically.
You can also go to your local consumer information office or to the consumer authority of
the Community of Madrid.
- These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute with a consumer, the courts
of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
- These terms are available in Spanish. This English version is a translation; if in doubt,
the Spanish version prevails.

Only fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the contract. An
